Oryx has entered into a variety of strategic partnerships on specific projects and programmatically to leverage its expertise in real estate development with well-established partners offering operational capabilities in select market segments:
A&A Health Services (www.aaahealthservices.com)
A&A Health Services is a Bay Area-based company that delivers innovative therapeutic and behavioral health services in a comprehensive transitional residential care setting. A&A Health Services operates facilities that provide step-down residential care, therapeutic programming and support for at-risk individuals with mental health needs.
A&A Health Services’ innovative, comprehensive step-down program combines mental health services, therapeutic programming, support for specific daily living needs, meals, and housing with the intent of transitioning those admitted to crisis centers and acute settings (ER/hospitals) back into the community. A&A Health Services aims to put people first by breaking the cycle of clients moving from crisis centers to housing instability, and back to crisis centers. A&A Health Services operates these programs as Adult Residential Facilities licensed by the California Department of Social Services.
A&A serves clients from multiple counties in the Bay Area and is expanding to provide services in new locations in California. The company was founded by principals of A&A Senior Living Management and Oryx Partners. Betty Dominici and Kyle Oura have a rich background in acute care and assisted living and are primarily responsible for the operation of the facilities, licensing and regulatory compliance. J.C. Wallace, John Ramsbacher, and Ruwan Punchihewa, who each have a long careers and deep experience in real estate investments, development, and transactions are primarily responsible for facility acquisitions, entitlements, repositioning, and financing.
