2395 29th Ave is an 11-residential unit and 2-retail unit apartment building located at the corner of 29th and Taraval, in San Francisco’s Parkside neighborhood. The building is located on the Muni L-line and is on the main Parkside retail corridor. Oryx purchased the building in February 2018. Oryx is adding two units in the five garage spaces as permitted by the ADU ordinance recently approved by the City. Additionally, Oryx has converted four 1BR / 1BA units into 2BR / 1BA units and is completing cosmetic upgrades to common areas and a soft story seismic retrofit.
